MY TRACKING NUMBER SAYS NOT FOUND/NOT WORKING
(A) Tracking numbers will update in around 7 business days but do not worry your package is on the way.
MY TRACKING NUMBER IS NOT UPDATING
Your tracking says in transit or origin post preparing shipment means your package has been shipped by the origin Country from across the world - from Thailand and China to Morocco and is on it's way to the destination Country. The tracking will Not update until USPS or your local postal service receives and sorts your package. It may take up to 5 weeks for them to receive it due to customs. Do not worry your package is on its way and usually only takes a few days once they receive it.
HOW LONG WILL SHIPPING TAKE
Orders are typically processed in 1-2 business days. Use the order tracking page for updates. Due to a high demand delivery takes 12-20 business days. We do our best to get your products to you as fast as possible
WILL MY ITEM GET TO ME BEFORE
If you plan to give one of our items as a holiday gift, we do not recommend buying the items during the month when the holiday is happening. There is a risk of the item not arriving there on time due to high demand.
I ONLY RECEIVED PART OF MY ORDER
Please note that we source our products from suppliers it's not uncommon to receive a few packages from us at different times. You did not receive a tracking number for an item you are expecting, please contact our customer support and they will gladly help you track it.
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER/ADDRESS
Please email us as soon as possible if you wish to change or cancel your order. You are able to make changes within 1 hour of making your order, as we process and the items are picked up at the end of every day. Note that once the item has been fulfilled and marked as shipped, we are not able to make any changes or cancellations to your order. Once you’ve placed your order the product is automatically processed and prepared for shipping from our third party supplier. Therefore we cannot cancel or refund an order once it is processed.
My Leggings Paradise is not responsible for any incorrect address entered at checkout, that is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure their address is correct and are sent an order confirmation email after ordering as one last chance to check their address. All addresses are electronically transferred, what you entered is where it will be delivered, we are unable to change the address after your order has been processed(typically the end of the same day).

WHAT IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEM
If you have received a damaged or faulty product, just a photographic or video proof of the damage and we will send you a new working item right away (free of charge of course).

REFUND POLICY FOR SHIPPING
If it does not arrive by 8 weeks upon ordering, we will gladly reship your order or offer a refund!. If your tracking says delivered but you claim you never received it, this is out of our control and you must contact your local USPS or delivery service.
